Terms & Conditions

In order to receive the applicable distributor cooperative marketing dollars, the following must accompany this form upon submission:

• Description and/or copy of the marketing activity.
• A valid invoice providing evidence of the actual marketing expense(s).
• Images of the marketing activity promoting the Toshiba brand. The Toshiba logo must appear in the marketing activity and/or be represented at the marketing event to qualify.
• Marketing pre-approval based on TOSHrewards program.

Please refer to the TOSHrewards program in the link above for pre-approval requirements. However, Toshiba reserves the right to deny reimbursement if it deems a request does not meet the requirements of the program. Please email TIC-Coop@toshiba.com with any questions regarding a qualifying marketing activity.

Toshiba will reimburse distributors after the marketing activity takes place. Please allow 60 days for reimbursement. Toshiba will reimburse the distributor by a credit memo issued to their account balance.

Unused points expire each year on March 31. Only points available at the time of the submission can be used for reimbursement. All requests must be submitted by March 15 each year to utilize current year's points to allow time to process the requests for year end.

This program is available only to contracted Toshiba distributors operating under an executed MMO.

This program replaces all other Toshiba cooperative marketing programs/support.

Your submission of this form indicates agreement to the guidelines of the TOSHrewards Program.
