Toshiba Expands UPS Lineup with Robust, Three Phase Modular 3000 TP Series

Scalable Architecture Supports Growing Loads Across Data Centers and Enterprise IT

HOUSTON, TX —May 3, 2026 —Toshiba International Corporation (TIC) announces the launch of the Toshiba 3000 TP (three phase) Series Uninterruptible Power System (UPS).  The Toshiba 3000 TP Series UPS offers exceptional reliability and 96.5% efficiency for mission-critical applications, perfectly suited for operations in edge data centers, enterprise IT systems, and commercial/retail markets.

Designed as a modular and scalable UPS supporting 480V 60Hz applications, the Toshiba 3000 TP offers capacity options of 40, 80, 120, 160, and 200 kW. Engineered to adapt to today’s needs and tomorrow’s growth, the system features a six-shelf power module architecture within a compact 42U IP20-rated enclosure, enabling efficient expansion, simplified serviceability, and long-term infrastructure flexibility.

The Toshiba 3000 TP delivers reliable, continuous unity output power through its advanced Voltage and Frequency Independent (VFI) online double-conversion topology. The system supports N+1 redundancy to maintain operation regardless of component failures, and features hot-swappable modules to facilitate maintenance and expansion without interrupting operation, supporting high system availability.

The compact, fully front-accessible unit features conformal coated printed circuit boards for superior protection against contaminants.  Each unit also features advanced diagnostic capabilities including a Waveform Capture Tool, Printed Circuit Board age detection, and the Toshiba RemotEye® IIoT card, enabling predictive maintenance all backed by a comprehensive three-year warranty to lower the total cost of ownership.
