SOUT: PM step-out

Cause:
1) The load changed rapidly.
2) Sudden acceleration/deceleration occurs.
3) The motor shaft is locked up.
4) Output side phase has failed.

Clearing:
1) and 2) Increase the acceleration/deceleration time.
[ACC: Acceleration time1]
[dEC: Deceleration time 1]
etc.
3) Check the motor and release the lock.
4) Check the wiring on the output side.
