For 1600XP & 4300 Series the serial number can be located using the front touch screen display panel. For other models the serial number can be located on the UL listing label.

Students should bring a laptop for all ASD-related training. Field Service classes typically provide the software and cables required to connect equipment to the laptop as part of the hands-on training curriculum. If you install the software during class, we can help you ensure it is working correctly before you finish class. Be aware that your company’s IT restrictions may prevent installing the software or drivers necessary to connect to equipment. Copies of software will be provided for later installation by your IT department and are available to download via the website.

Training tuition does not include any travel fees, transportation to/from Houston or the training facility, breakfast, or dinner, with the exception of one group dinner.
Training tuition includes the instructor-led training, training materials, lunch during class, and typically one group dinner one evening after class. Please contact us in advance for any special requests and dietary requirements.
Companies with an established account with Toshiba, can pay by submitting a purchase order. Credit card payment is required for those who do not have established accounts with Toshiba. Credit card payments require pre-validation with Toshiba’s finance department before you are approved to attend class, but you will not be charged until after you attend. POs will not be billed until after the training class is held. Please be aware that cancellation with less than 14 days’ notice will incur a cancellation penalty. A no-show penalty will apply if the student does not show for class and does not cancel in advance.
