Standard turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks from receipt. For urgent needs, reconditioning can be expedited to less than 1 week for an expedite fee of $1,500.

You can submit a Return Authorization form and request a one-year warranty to be added to a repair instead. Approval is based on the age and condition of the unit, and a repair estimate will be provided.
Yes, reconditioning is charged at a flat rate, depending on the service level. However, this does not include any necessary repairs. If repairs are identified during inspection, a separate estimate will be provided. Extremely dirty modules may also incur a deep cleaning fee.
Pricing is listed by power module typeform on page 2 of the reconditioning request form. If your module requires additional repairs or deep cleaning, you’ll receive a separate estimate after inspection.
